WHAT IS IT?
An empathy map is a list of information about your target customer’s age, details, work, motivation, education, interests, and insights about their behavior.
You can also add information about where they usually hangout, where do they find out about stuff (blogs, peers, word of mouth) etc. .
HOW TO USE IT?
Empathy Map is created during the user research process, usually at the start of the design process. The more information you get, the easier it is to create products, write content, and develop a customer-centric strategy and brand.
